Solbari - Women's Clothing

Solbari’s women’s clothing is purposefully designed to offer sun protection using specialised UPF 50+ fabrics. Unlike regular clothing, which may provide little to no UV defence, all Solbari garments are independently tested and rated UPF 50+ by the Australian Government, US and International rating agencies, blocking at least 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. 

From SPF shirts and UV wraps to dresses and rashguards, our collection offers stylish, comfortable solutions designed to help reduce exposure to harmful UV rays, which can contribute to sunburn, premature skin ageing and skin cancer, without compromising on comfort or performance.

Our collection includes long sleeve polos, lightweight UV-resistant shirts, quarter-zip tops, swim dresses, and shrugs, all crafted to provide reliable UPF 50+ protection.

We use a selection of innovative UPF 50+ fabrics developed to provide maximum sun safety while remaining breathable, lightweight and comfortable in the heat. Our fabric options all offer a UPF 50+ rating.  

For those with sensitive skin or medical conditions like eczema, psoriasis or lupus, we also offer specialised sun protection fabrics that are soft, non-irritating, and ideal for long hours in the sun. We call this fabric our Sensitive Fabric. Every piece is designed in Melbourne, Australia with both performance and well being in mind.

To preserve the quality and UPF 50+ performance of your Solbari clothing, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment tag. Most of our SPF shirts, wraps, and dresses can be gently machine washed in cold water using mild detergent.

Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, and do not tumble dry, as high heat can degrade the UV-blocking properties of the fabric. For best results, hang or lay flat to dry in the shade. With proper care, your Solbari garments will continue to deliver stylish sun protection and performance wear after wear.
