Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590) (Bupa) make the offer available to you on the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility criteria

You are an Eligible Customer and can access the Offer only if you meet all of the following requirements:

you are a new Bupa customer for policies issued by Bupa HI Pty Ltd (ABN 81 000 057 590);
you take out a new Bupa selected combined health insurance policy (in accordance with clause 2 below) between 23 March 2019 and 1 December 2019;
you provide the promotion code “Solbari” on sign up;
you pay your Bupa health insurance policy premiums by direct debit or payroll deductions (if available);
you are an Australian resident from New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Tasmania (TAS), Western Australia (WA) or Queensland (QLD). Excludes Northern Territory (NT) residents;
you maintain your eligible health insurance policy for 60 consecutive days from the join date and meet your payment obligations; and
you provide a valid email address upon joining. If you meet all the above requirements, you are an Eligible Customer.

2.0 Selected health insurance policy –

If you are an Eligible Customer, you can access the Offer if you take out and maintain in accordance with clause 3 a Selected health insurance policy.

A selected health insurance policy is any single, single parent, single parent plus, couple, family or family plus selected combined Hospital and Extras policy by Bupa, but excludes:

Hospital only products;
Extras only products;
Ambulance only products; and
Overseas Student Health Cover, Overseas Visitors Cover and Short Stay Visitors Cover.

3.0 The Offer

If you are an Eligible Customer and you maintain your selected combined health policy in accordance with clauses below, you will receive a $250 Solbari promotional code for Couples/Families/Single parent families and $150 Solbari promotional code for Singles. Bupa health insurance policy product names are subject to change, as a result of industry reforms which have effect from 1 April 2019, however the allocation of Solbari vouchers will not be affected during this promotion.

3.1 Fulfilment

If you:

are an Eligible Customer;
maintain your selected combined health policy for a minimum of 60 days,
agree to pay your health insurance policy premiums by direct debit or payroll deductions (if available),

your Solbari promotional code will be emailed to you from Bupa using the email address provided on sign up. Allow 30 days for your Solbari promotional code to be sent to your supplied email address.

4.0 Solbari promotional code

Offer is subject to Solbari promotional code Terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.solbari.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions. Your Solbari promotional code can be used for purchases online at https://www.solbari.com.au. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount offered by Solbari. Not valid for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

5.0 General

5.1 The Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer.

5.2 The Offer is not available if you join through a price comparison website (including Compare The Market and Health Insurance Comparison).

5.3 If you breach these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the join offer, then Bupa may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the offers. If Bupa discover the breach after the offers have been awarded, then Bupa may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the offers from your account.

5.4 Bupa is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
