The Expedition Sun Hat offers UPF 50+ protection, shielding your face, ears, and neck. With a 2.75" (7 cm) front brim and 4" (10 cm) back brim, it provides enhanced coverage. Mesh ventilation, quick-drying, lightweight fabric, and a sweatband make it one of our most comfortable hats for long walks and expeditions.

Size and fit
Head circumference measurement
- Small / Medium: 21.5-23" / 55-58.5 cm
- Large / XLarge: 23.25-24" / 59-61 cm
To measure your hat size, wrap a string or ribbon around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears. Measure the string length with a ruler and compare it to the size chart, and that’s your size! Once you receive your hat, adjust the back toggle for a custom fit.
